Searching for a customer

Searching for customers is as easy as 1-2-3, and we've made sure that the search box takes into account as much information as possible.

Select "View All Customers" in the Side Nav

From the side nav, select "View All Customers". This is found in the "Customers" section, which is just below "Sales" and just above "Marketplace".

Use the search field in the grid to find your customer

Clicking "View All Customers" will show you a grid with all of the customers in your system. You can sort the grid by first name, last name, display name, email, and date registered to help you track down the user you're looking for. That said, the quickest way to find anyone in the system is to search for them. You can do this by entering their first name, last name, display name, email, or phone number (if they entered one) into the search field and pressing enter.

You can view the customer's detail page and edit their information by clicking on their first name, last name, or the edit button all the way to the right.
