Overview

Customer banning is a useful tool for preventing unwanted behavior and fraud. Banning a customer only takes a couple clicks. Keep in mind that customers will sometimes be auto-banned depending on their activities and transactions/chargebacks.

Instructions

  1. To ban a customer, first find the customer you would like to ban by searching for the customer.
  2. Once you have found the customer you want to ban, click on their name to go to the customer details page
  3. On the customer details page, scroll down and click on the "Ban Customer" button
  4. You should see the customer's status change to "This customer is ACTIVE" - this status will display directly above the "Ban Customer" button

You can ban and un-ban customers as many times as you need.
