Overview
Customer banning is a useful tool for preventing unwanted behavior and fraud. Banning a customer only takes a couple clicks. Keep in mind that customers will sometimes be auto-banned depending on their activities and transactions/chargebacks.
Instructions
- To ban a customer, first find the customer you would like to ban by searching for the customer.
- Once you have found the customer you want to ban, click on their name to go to the customer details page
- On the customer details page, scroll down and click on the "Ban Customer" button
- You should see the customer's status change to "This customer is ACTIVE" - this status will display directly above the "Ban Customer" button
You can ban and un-ban customers as many times as you need.
