Add Users to the Platform

Once you have created your Curios account, you may add additional users to give others on your team access to the the backend of the platform. Follow these simple steps to create new users for your account.

Create a New User

1. In your side navigation menu, scroll to SETTINGS and select USERS.
   

2. Click the ADD NEW USER button in the top right corner.

3. To create a new user, you must enter the user's name and email address, these are required fields.

Note: Users will be able to access your Curios account, however only account admins are authorized to create additional users and view reporting. To create an admin user click the "Is Admin" box before saving.

During set up you will have to set a PASSWORD, but a user can change it once their profile is created. When creating a password, please make sure your password adheres to the following requirements:

• 1 special character
• 1 number
• 1 uppercase letter
• 1 lower case letter
• At least 6 characters.

Click SAVE CHANGES to create the user profile.

This user now has access to Curios - simply share the email and password you used for their profile with them.
